While therapy is more than just how you feel, being able to identify at any moment how you feel is an important part of life. In today’s episode, we are going to focus on emotions, a bit on feelings, emotional intelligence, and my favorite tool for helping you identify what is going on inside to be able to bravely express yourself and live more authentically: RULER.
