Have you ever heard of human design? Until recently, I hadn’t. Today’s guest, Master Coach of Human Design and Energy Healing, Dr. Jeana Locke is here to break it down for us.

In this episode, Dr. Locke takes us into her own authentic journey of leaning into who she is and who she was meant to be. Along with giving an overview of human design, she shares how it can provide insight into who you authentically are and can guide you into taking brave action in your life.

Dr. Locke has a PhD in Applied Behavioral Studies and a Masters in Education in Teaching and Education, and is a Certified Human Design Practitioner, as well as having many other credentials.

What I love about Dr. Locke is that she knows firsthand how integrating our whole selves brings us to fulfillment, and that we are more than just our careers.

I hope you find a little tip in today’s talk that resonates with you, and you know that you are not alone on your journey of self-discovery and self-care.

Until next time, keep on practicing and keep on being authentic and brave!
