In keeping with the theme of the last two episodes, today we wrap up the 3-part series on love by talking about self-love.


Taking care of ourselves is the ultimate act of self-love, so I want this episode to be a reminder for us to be kind to our minds and to be aware of the messages that we are telling ourselves, so that we can move to a place of self-compassion and self-love.
